Position Overview
PGW Auto Glass is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to manage daily operations within our warehouse facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of parts, materials, and customer orders. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for coordinating workflow, overseeing warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring all products are properly stored, picked, and shipped. This role also schedules delivery routes and verifies driver loads for timely and accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, receiving, and shipping.
  • Direct, support, and guide warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy.
  • Assist customers and ensure excellent service during product pickup or inquiry.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring all parts are properly labeled, stored, and tracked.
  • Verify delivery loads and schedule daily delivery routes.
  • Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and professional warehouse environment.
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts and order pickers in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs as required.
