Marketing Manager - Help Build the #1 Training Platform for Home Service Companies
Location: Ontario (Hybrid Remote)
Salary: 55,000 to 60,000 per year plus incentive pay

Your role is to take the founder's insights, frameworks, tools, and proven methods and turn them into:
educational content
social media posts
short-form video
long-form guides
email sequences
landing pages
training modules
case studies
stories and examples
inbound marketing campaigns
You will help bring these ideas to thousands of home service owners who need them.
What You'll Help Companies Achieve
Home service owners come to us overwhelmed.
They are stuck in the business, putting out fires, with messy finances, inconsistent operations, and no path to ever sell.
Through the training platform we are building, you will help them become world class at:
Bringing top talent onto their team
Building systems that capture their standards
Installing scorecards and accountability

You will be a key part of building the platform that delivers this transformation.
What You'll Actually Do
Turn coaching insights and ideas into compelling marketing content
Publish content across LinkedIn, email, social media, and our website
Create case studies, stories, guides, and lead magnets
Repurpose transcripts, wins, and coaching moments into content
Work with designers, video editors, and freelancers
Build and manage the content calendar
Help develop the early versions of our training platform
Launch and test campaigns
Track performance and report weekly
Be a creator, a builder, and a driver of momentum

Compensation
Salary of 55,000 to 60,000 per year
