Role
We're seeking an Agency Partnerships Manager to lead acquisition, activation, and expansion across a strategic portfolio of digital and creative agencies within the Partnerships Team.
As a Partnerships Manager, you'll accelerate Prismic's adoption among leading agencies, building productive relationships that drive new business referrals and maximise partner sales opportunities coming from your region. You'll own your partner pipeline end-to-end: prospecting and recruiting new agencies, activating them to build and sell with Prismic, whilst continuously reviewing your portfolio to focus on the strategic partners best aligned with our growth direction.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll be responsible for progressing the referrals your partner pipeline generates, qualifying these leads into opportunities for the sales pipeline. To help you achieve this, you'll have access to a cross-functional team of Account Executives, Solution Architects, Partner Marketing, and Product managers — all working to support your pipeline growth and to amplify partner impact in your region.
What will you be doing?
Our Partnerships Program is at an inflection point. Alongside our Certified Partners, we have engagement and early momentum across a broad network of agencies - the next phase is to transform them into productive referral engines. The team needs someone who can navigate this dual mission: balancing the activation of strategic target accounts, with partner prioritization across an existing portfolio.
This is a role for a builder — someone who thrives on creating momentum, shaping strategy, and building a high-performing ecosystem of agency partners that define Prismic's next stage of growth.

Build & present joint business plans to partners, aligning on a shared value proposition, co-selling and mutual pipeline generation.
Work with internal and partner sales teams to test new sales plays and formalise an effective GTM motion with each partner.
Opportunity Generation:
Build and manage a multi million euro opportunity pipeline, ensuring predictable partner-sourced revenue growth quarter on quarter.
Collaborate with agencies to identify and drive new business opportunities, leveraging the strengths of Prismic's products and unique position in the market.
Strategically incentivize partners, finding creative solutions through lead sharing and through working with partner marketing on co-marketing opportunities, in order to maximize agency referrals.
Strategic Alignment:
Deeply understand the business models of prospective and partner agencies, aligning their specialisms with Prismic's solutions and our customer's evolving needs, to achieve mutual success for all parties.
Take a consultative approach in order to build trust and create Prismic agency champions at all levels, from developers to directors.
Advocate internally for the resources and assets needed to strengthen Prismic's value proposition for partners, working ****cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering & Customer Success to ensure partners are at the centre of everything we do.
Onboarding & Sales Enablement:
Manage a tailored enablement program for your region, ensuring your partners have the tools and knowledge to succeed with Prismic.
Are you the one?
5+ years of experience working in SaaS Partnerships, Business Development, or Sales and can demonstrate success in developing and growing commercial relationships.
