We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling components and products with precision, utilizing various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with assembly processes, and familiarity with warehouse or manufacturing environments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills and contribute to the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components accurately according to specifications and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures to complete tasks efficiently
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed, following safety protocols
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist in inventory management by tracking parts and materials used during assembly
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand assembly instructions and technical drawings
- Experience with manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures
- Forklift operation certification or experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and reliability in following safety procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
