**The Opportunity**
We're seeking a talented Production & Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on the hands-on assembly and production of products, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications. If you possess a strong aesthetic eye and a passion for creating functional products that will enhance environments, this is the role for you
**What You'll Do**
- Assemble fixtures to accurately fulfill orders
- Conform to standard building operations to ensure high-quality products
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with electrical safety standards
- Maintain consistent build time across all product collections
- Analyze production data and make recommendations for build time reductions
- Oversee and maintain inventory to ensure accuracy & proper storage
- Maintain the workshop’s cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
- Packaging, shipping, & receiving
- Schedule pickups & deliveries
- Able to use hand tools effectively & stand for extended periods
**What You'll Need**
- A High School Diploma is required. College degree or equivalent is an asset
- 1 - 3 years experience in production, assembly, or logistics
- Familiarity with electrical systems
- Precision, accuracy, & attention to detail
- Computer skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and limitations
- Enjoy a fast paced, rewarding work environment
- Be a solid member of a small team, showing self-motivation and accountability
- Excellent written, communication, and collaboration skills
- Punctuality

- Compensation starting at $20 per hour, up to $24 based on experience
