Overview

We are a growing pool and spa company with both retail and field service operations, and we're looking for a hands-on Purchasing, Receiving & Inventory Control professional to take ownership of our inventory processes.

This is an active, detail-driven role that supports our retail store and service technicians. The ideal candidate has experience in retail or trade-based inventory management, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to help improve and establish inventory procedures as our business continues to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Purchase and order pool and spa parts, chemicals, and supplies
  • Receive, inspect and verify incoming inventory for accuracy
  • Organize and maintain inventory for retail and service operations
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records
  • Develop, improve and follow inventory control procedures
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
  • Identify shortages, overstock, and discrepancies
  • Work closely with management, retail staff and service technicians
  • Ensure service teams have the right parts when needed
  • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient inventory areas

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, or receiving
  • Experience in retail or trade-based environments
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, physical role
  • Basic computer skills (inventory systems, POS, spreadsheets)

Preferred Experience

  • Pool & Spa industry experience
  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar trade background
  • Experience supporting field service teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
