Key responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Management: Park, move, and organize new and used vehicles in assigned spots, maximizing space and keeping the lot orderly.
  • Inventory Control: Verify incoming vehicles against invoices, record damages, list missing items, and manage key storage.
  • Presentation: Clean, fuel, and prepare vehicles for display and delivery; ensure showroom vehicles are dust-free.
  • Customer & Sales Support: Assist sales agents by locating vehicles, bringing them for test drives, and helping with paperwork like license plates and price stickers.
  • Safety & Security: Monitor the lot for hazards, report issues, and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Act as the primary intermediary between the lot and office/sales staff for licensing
  • Strategically prioritize inspection, staging and loading of vehicles for storage and help with showroom vehicles
  • Inventory control and restocking duties for office/coffee centre supplies
  • Facilitate the storage and movement of incoming vehicles in a safe manner
  • Maintain and enforce lot cleanliness standards including light snow removal
  • Help the dealership with hands on work whenever possible, light repairs to facility and weekly grounds maintenance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
