Now we're looking for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher who knows how to turn a ringing phone into a smile on the other end.

As Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher you will be responsible for answering calls and emails and will be the first point of contact for customers. You will effectively communicate between customers and service technicians to schedule work orders in a timely manner. Additionally, you will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
What You'll Do Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniquesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with new and existing clientsConducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify new sales opportunitiesPreparing and delivering sales pitches to potential clientsGenerating leadsProviding regular reports on sales activity and performanceCollaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionEnsuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered toPerforming all job functions in a safe and healthy manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations.Adhering to all federal, provincial, municipal and city plumbing codesOther tasks as assigned.What Makes YOU Great 2-3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or inside salesExceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and listeningQuick thinker with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentTech-savvy and comfortable learning new softwareDetail-oriented, accurate, and reliableAbility to be available for on-call weekends/holidays as requiredProfessional, positive, and able to keep calm under pressureHighly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
