What's the job?

We're not just about selling gear; we help people get the right gear so they can make the most of their time on the water. You'll be part of a tight-knit team that takes pride in great customer service, deep product knowledge, and sharing our love for all things watersports.

This is a full-time role with year-round stability and room to grow in the industry

You'll be a great fit if:

    • You love watersports and being around the lake (Please don't think us rude, if you have never played behind the boat before, this is probably not your gig)
    • You're a good listener who genuinely enjoys helping people
    • You're eager to learn and get better every day
    • You're reliable, friendly, and a team player
    • You've worked retail or customer service before (bonus points)

Day-to-day, you'll:

    • Help customers find gear that fits their needs
    • Learn the ins and outs of our products so you can give real advice
    • Help with stocking, store merchandising, and a bit of behind-the-scenes retail store stuff
    • Be part of a fun, fast-paced team that supports each other
