Spirit Mobility is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Delivery Driver with additional responsibilities in Warehouse Support. Job Purpose:

The Delivery Driver (Primary) & Warehouse Support (Secondary) role is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of medical supplies and equipment throughout Winnipeg, while also supporting daily warehouse operations. This position ensures products are delivered safely, inventory is managed efficiently, and customers receive courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Role: Delivery Driver – Medical Supplies and Equipment:

• Deliver medical supplies and equipment within the City of Winnipeg.
• Load delivery vehicles and safely unload products at multiple destinations.
• Follow delivery instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation as required.
• Always operate company vehicles safely and professionally.
• Follow all company safety policies.
• Ensure secure handling and transport of medical equipment and supplies.

Secondary Role – Warehouse Support:

• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing inventory.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for outgoing deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Support warehouse staff during high-volume periods or staff absences.
• Prepare outgoing orders and verify incoming shipments.
• Restock, label, and track products as needed.
• Contribute to general warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Previous delivery or warehouse experience considered an asset.

Schedule:

• Delivery Schedule: Currently 3 days per week to start, increasing as business grows.
• Warehouse Support: Balance of a 40-hour work week.

Working Condition/Physical Demands

• Majority office hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
• Large Corporate Pharmacy and office environment, shipping and receiving
• Repetitive lifting of 50lbs and over

Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
