We partner with top-tier clients across the country, delivering reliable, experienced, and safety-focused teams who get the job done right.

We are currently looking for Journeyperson Millwrights for industrial plant projects located in Regina, Saskatchewan. We are looking for 2–3 local professionals for short- to mid-term contracts ranging from 2 to 8 months in duration. These projects involve start-up and commissioning work at a refinery site.

Key Details
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10-hour shiftsDuration: 2–8 months, depending on project requirementsCompensation: $35–$50/hour, based on experience and qualificationsDepending on the base rate, travel or LOA (Living Out Allowance) may be availableRegular drug screening is required and must be passed prior to startingGeneral Duties
Perform installation, maintenance, alignment, and repair of industrial machinery and mechanical systemsSupport start-up and commissioning activities at the refinery siteRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsTroubleshoot mechanical systems and ensure equipment operates efficiently and safelyFollow all site safety procedures and participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings​​​​​

Requirements
Journeyperson Millwright (Red Seal or equivalent certification)Minimum 3–5 years of industrial or refinery experience preferredStrong mechanical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamMust pass all pre-employment and on-site drug and alcohol testingMust be legally permitted to work in CanadaCompensation & Duration
