The Co-op Refinery Complex is hiring Industrial Mechanic/Millwrights for the upcoming maintenance Turnaround for up to 16 weeks. This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, Saskatchewan. If you are looking to join one of Canada’s largest integrated refining and upgrading complexes, submit your resume and join our Turnaround Team This opportunity will be offering $66.94 (Journeyperson), $58.52 (4th year apprentice), $54.13 (3rd year apprentice) per hour + overtime at double time. Schedule: Pre-turnaround: 4 9.33‑hour day shifts (Monday – Thursday), Turnaround: 6 10.5‑hour shifts, 1 day off, day or night shift. Who we are: As a co‑operative, we do business differently. What you’ll do: You will assist in the maintenance and repair of compressors, pumps, other rotating equipment, heavy‑duty equipment, trucks, and high‑speed packaging equipment. You will work mostly outdoors in all‑weather conditions and are willing to adapt to the required working hours as they evolve, including night shifts and weekends. You will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures implemented by FCL. Who you are: You are a certified Journeyperson and/or have Inter‑provincial Red Seal Certification. OR you are an apprentice looking to expand their horizons with some industrial experience. You have a minimum of 1 year experience directly related to the required duties. Preference will be given to those candidates with a valid Safety Construction Orientation Training (SCOT) certificate. Due to the nature of the work, a positive safety attitude is required.
