Job Information:

This position for a Sales Coordinator is to provide sales support to a team of retail sales executives. The sales coordinator manages all media campaigns for this team. If you are detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and have sales administrative experience, consider applying for this position.

What you'll do…

  • Work as a team member to support the sales efforts of multiple sales executive
  • Be proficient in various software programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, as well as daily usage of customized software programs used to book and execute campaigns
  • Correspond with sales reps and/or clients daily
  • Generate contracts for client signature and prepare contract revisions when needed
  • Monitor currently running campaign and prepare for upcoming campaigns
  • Prepare shipping instructions and calculate required quantities
  • Prepare production work order packages for campaigns that will be printed via Pattison Outdoor
  • Prepare posting/traffic instructions
  • Liaise with multiple internal departments including Charting, Production, and Operations
  • Back-up for other sales coordinators when required
