Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roll-out retail and furniture design, with 5 years of industry experience. Additionally, the candidate should possess expertise in software customization, particularly with AutoCAD and Excel.

12 months contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed architectural plans and drawings for roll-out retail and furniture projects.
  • Customize and optimize design workflows using AutoCAD and Excel.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure accurate project specifications.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, specifically in roll-out retail and furniture sectors.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel, with experience in software customization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • This position requires fluency in both French and English as it involves communication with clients and stakeholders across Canada, including provinces where English is the primary language of business.

Nous recherchons un
Technicien(ne) en architecture
qualifié(e) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) possédera une solide expérience dans le déploiement de projets de vente au détail et la conception de mobilier, avec
5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur
. De plus, il/elle devra maîtriser la personnalisation des logiciels, notamment AutoCAD et Excel.

Contrat de 12 mois

Responsabilités principales :

  • Collaborer avec les architectes et les designers pour élaborer des plans et dessins architecturaux détaillés pour des projets de déploiement en vente au détail et de mobilier.
  • Personnaliser et optimiser les flux de travail de conception à l'aide d'AutoCAD et d'Excel.
  • Effectuer des relevés et évaluations sur site afin de garantir la précision des spécifications du projet.
  • Préparer et présenter des propositions de conception aux clients, en intégrant leurs commentaires et révisions.
  • Coordonner avec les entrepreneurs, fournisseurs et autres parties prenantes pour respecter les délais et les normes de qualité.
  • Se tenir informé(e) des tendances, matériaux et technologies du secteur.
  • Ce poste exige la maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, car il implique des communications avec des clients et des parties prenantes partout au Canada, y compris dans des provinces où l'anglais est la langue principale des affaires.

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme universitaire en architecture, technologie architecturale ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de
    5 ans d'expérience
    en conception architecturale, notamment dans les secteurs du déploiement en vente au détail et du mobilier.
  • Maîtrise d'AutoCAD et d'Excel, avec expérience en personnalisation de logiciels.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Sens du détail et solides aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes.
