Responsibilities


• Solution Design & Process Mapping:


• Lead the design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA solutions for the Order to Cash (O2C) process.


• Create detailed process maps for order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and customer payments, aligning with business objectives and SAP best practices.


• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and provide innovative, scalable solutions to improve O2C processes.


• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.


• End-to-End O2C Process Optimization:


• Implement and configure O2C processes such as sales order processing, pricing, delivery, invoicing, credit management, and customer payments.


• Ensure seamless integration of O2C with related modules, including Finance (FI), Material Management (MM), and Warehouse Management (WM).


• Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and end-to-end process efficiency.


• Address issues related to billing, pricing, credit checks, and revenue recognition.


• System Configuration & Customization:


• Configure SAP S/4HANA to meet specific requirements for O2C processes, including sales order creation, customer master data management, and pricing strategies.


• Customize and optimize O2C workflows based on business needs and industry best practices.


• Implement enhancements to existing configurations and ensure continuous improvement of the system.


• Project Leadership & Support:


• Lead SAP O2C-related projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
