Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, experienced and motivated labourer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should take pride in delivering a high-quality work on every project. We're seeking someone who works well both independently and a team player. Should possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a commitment to craftsmanship are essentials to succeed in this role.

Duties

  • Assist with demolition and repair work as needed

  • Support the team in setting up containment areas and negative air system when required

  • Ensure that job site is clean, safe and left in professional condition upon completion

  • Accurately document work completed – photos, logs and material tracking

  • Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE on site.

  • Assist in warehouse maintenance including caring for tools and equipment maintenance and company vehicle.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth job progression.

Qualifications

  • Demolition experience is required

  • Restoration or construction experience is strong asset

  • Strong attention to details and a commitment to quality workmanship

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Rotating on-call schedule 24/7 after hours

  • Able to work independently and as part of the team

  • Willingness to work overtime

  • Driver's License is required

Position: Full-time

Wage: $30 - $40 per hour

Benefits: Comprehensive plan including Extended Health, Dental and Vision and LTD (available after 3- month probationary period).
