WE'RE HIRING – GRANITE & QUARTZ FABRICATION LABOURERS

Location: 45875 Airport Road, Chilliwack, BC

Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

Starting Wage: $20–$25/hr (depending on experience)

Rock Solid Stone Design is expanding and looking for motivated labourers who want to learn the granite & quartz fabrication trade. No experience required, we will train the right individuals to become full fabricators.

Job Duties:

  • Assisting with cutting, polishing, and finishing stone
  • Operating shop tools and equipment, including bridge saw and CNC router (training provided)
  • General shop labour and cleanup
  • Loading/unloading materials
  • Supporting the fabrication team in daily tasks

Requirements

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar manual labor roles is preferred but not required
  • Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and adapt to changing priorities
