You'll work closely with vendors, sales teams, and service departments to make sure every accessory is ordered, received, and ready to impressWhat You'll Do:
- Accurately identify and source parts needed for shop repairs and customer requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to locate and order parts efficiently
- Manage returns and reorders for any incorrect or damaged items
- Track all outstanding orders, backorders, and credits, ensuring timely follow-up
- Oversee inventory management, purchase orders, and invoicing in line with company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Keep dealership accessory and tire displays fresh, creative, and visually appealing — ensuring everything is clearly priced and enticing to customers
- Develop and manage an engaging menu of common accessories and packages available for inclusion in vehicle sales contracts
- Conduct sales team training on new products, promotions, and incentive programs
- Maintain the online accessories catalogue — ensuring accuracy, pricing, and product details are always up to date
- Support customers and staff with financing options for accessories
- Assist parts staff with customer calls, counter inquiries, and technician requests when needed
- Participate in semi-annual inventory counts and audits
- Experience in automotive parts, accessories, or inventory management preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A passion for vehicles and customization
- Proficiency in dealership or parts management systems is an asset
