About the TeamYou'll be part of our international ServiceNow practice, collaborating with talented consultants and technical experts across regions. Our team thrives on innovation, knowledge sharing, and supporting each other to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Role PurposeAs a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Associate Level), you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You'll contribute to digital transformation projects, ensuring our customers get the most value from their ServiceNow investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow system functionalities and process improvements.
- Build and configure solutions in the ServiceNow platform to address customer needs.
- Maintain and upgrade existing ServiceNow applications.
- Collaborate with functional teams to design workflows and manage processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and perform testing.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
Success Criteria
- Timely and error-free delivery of enhancements aligned with customer requirements and platform best practices.
- Reduction in recurring issues and high satisfaction scores from internal and external stakeholders.
- Positive feedback on clarity and usefulness of documentation; successful enablement of client teams post-deployment.
- Achieve the chargeability goal established by management.
- Active CSA certification and progress toward additional certifications relevant to assigned modules (e.g., ITSM, ITAM). Participation in delta exams and credential maintenance activities as outlined by the ServiceNow Certification Maintain Program.

Target compensation for this role will be 75K–100K CAD (mix of base salary and bonus). Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) candidates' qualifications, experience, education, and work location.
