Every requirement you clarify and every decision you help guide directly contributes to better products and better outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements that development teams can confidently implement.

Bridge Business and Technology

  • Ensure that requirements are fully understood by both Business and Development teams, acting as a common point of reference throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  • Support development teams during design and implementation, clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities as they arise.

Ensure Solutions Meet Expectations

  • Validate that the designed and delivered solutions truly satisfy customer and business expectations.

  • Support testing and acceptance activities to confirm that requirements have been correctly implemented.

Support Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to improving requirements practices, documentation standards, and collaboration processes.

  • Capture feedback from stakeholders and delivery teams to continuously refine solution outcomes.

 What we're looking for:

Education

  • A College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant technology-related field.

Professional Experience

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in Business Analysis or Product Management, ideally within technology-driven or Gaming environments.

  • Hands-on experience working with enterprise software development teams.

    • Analysis, documentation, and specification

    • Implementation support and testing

Technical & Integration Awareness

  • Familiarity with 3rd-party system integrations, APIs, and data flows.

  • Working knowledge of relational databases and how business requirements translate into data models and queries will be considered a plus.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams on integration-heavy solutions.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong communication skills, able to align business and technical stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
