Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality guidance and expertise in healthcare delivery. Day-to-day duties include supporting patient care, leveraging medical and emergency response expertise, training relevant stakeholders on healthcare practices, and maintaining effective communication across teams to ensure efficient service delivery. The position requires hands-on engagement within healthcare and technology integration to improve patient outcomes and care methods.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in Medicine and Healthcare
- Certified EMT training and expertise in emergency response protocols
- Excellent Communication and Training skills
- A collaborative mindset, keen problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field preferred
