Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with 5+ years of experience to lead quality assurance activities across projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining QA strategy, managing QA teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating closely with development and business stakeholders to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities for assigned projects.
  • Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Prepare test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Ensure functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing coverage.
  • Coordinate with developers, product owners, and business teams to resolve defects.
  • Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure.
  • Mentor and guide QA team members and conduct reviews.
  • Drive automation testing initiatives and improve test efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and provide early quality inputs.

Role Requirements And Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Strong experience in Manual Testing and Test Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Automation Testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
  • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience using defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in client interaction and requirement analysis is a plus.
