We have a great group of professionals whose dedication and teamwork form the backbone of our company.Job SummaryThe Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring continual flow of production material to meet or exceed production standards.Essential Job Functions *Turns machine on/off.Operates hopper, bowl, and track to allow continual flow of parts.Ensures parts are lined up on magnets correctly.Monitors machine to identify and dislodge parts that become jammed.Isolates non-conforming material in red bin and reports this to Q.A. Assistant.Cleans machine, pump, bowl, and surrounding area.Monitor's bin or cartons receiving finished product.Ensures that training is provided to the appropriate employees.Ensures proper protective equipment is worn by employees.Comply with company policies and procedures.Support and follow internal health and safety programs and protocols.Perform other duties as assigned by management.* This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
