What you'll work on

  • Build & own integrations with CX and labeling platforms (Genesys Cloud, Five9, NICE CXone, Gorgias, Gladly, Labelbox, V7, SuperAnnotate): APIs, webhooks/event streams, task creation, QA loops, and SLAs.
  • Design ETL pipelines to ingest/normalize multichannel CX data (voice transcripts, chat/email/ticket events) and labeling outputs into versioned datasets with lineage, metadata, and approvals.
  • Implement preprocessing/postprocessing: PII/PHI redaction & DLP, speaker diarization, segmentation/chunking, sampling/stratification, consensus aggregation; enforce idempotency and safe backfills.
  • Instrument throughput, latency, cost, and quality (DQ checks, golden sets, inter-annotator agreement, CSAT/QA KPIs) with dashboards/alerts, and close the loop by triggering workflows back into CX systems.

  • Quality-driven: you measure label accuracy, catch drift, and automate validation rules instead of chasing bugs later.
  • Vendor-savvy and pragmatic—comfortable turning vague API docs into resilient integrations quickly.
  • Clear, calm communicator who documents flows others can operate at 2am.

Skills & Requirements

  • 3–6+ years backend experience in ; strong with REST/gRPC, queues, and webhooks.
  • Hands-on with multiple event driven API integrations at scale
  • Data pipelines on GCP (Pub/Sub, Cloud Run/Functions, Cloud Storage, BigQuery) or equivalent on AWS.
  • ETL fundamentals: schema/versioning, data modeling, PII/DLP, checksums, idempotency, retries/backoff, DLQs; IaC/CI-CD.

Bonus

  • ASR/audio tooling, image preprocessing, Snowflake/DBT or Airflow, feature stores, prompt/response dataset curation.
  • Experience with at least one CX or labeling platform (Genesys, Five9, Gorgias, Labelbox, V7, SuperAnnotate) and its SDK/API.
