Marketing Specialist – Radiology Services

MVP Talent Corp, a leader in Executive Search, is working on behalf of a client company in search of a specialized marketing individual. The client is a provider of diagnostic radiology services, including interventional radiology (spinal procedures, injections, general body MSK injections).

We are in search of a marketing specialist who will promote the clients' services to referring physicians and/or other health professionals.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates warmly and professionally, and enjoys balancing sales work with creative social media tasks.

You'll work closely with the Director of Operations and General Manager along with a team of radiologists in promoting radiology services directly to referring physicians and, ensuring digital content stays consistent, engaging, and reflective of the brand.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Health Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in client relations, outreach, sales support, or marketing.
  • Previous experience specifically in the radiology field is expected.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with physicians, clinic staff, and internal teams.
  • Ability to travel to clinics and deliver materials. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is required.
  • Professional and ethical approach to working with clinics and physicians.
  • Support day-to-day marketing tasks across SEO, Google Ads, and content.
  • Update websites and landing pages in WordPress
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and analytics
  • Excellent communication and project-management skills.
  • Results-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to create clear presentation materials and manage logistics effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and outreach activities.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and basic database or CRM tools.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work both independently and with internal teams.

More Details on Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clinics, physicians, and referral partners and serve as a reliable point of contact for outreach.
  • Plan and carry out outreach activities such as Lunch and Learn sessions to inform clinics about the clinic's Radiology services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or presentation materials for clinics and physician groups.
  • Organize and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, requisitions, presentations, and related resources.
  • Coordinate logistics for outreach events, clinic visits, deliveries, and promotional item drop-offs, and manage follow-up communication.
  • Track all outreach and marketing activities, including contacts, attendance, outcomes, and follow-up actions, to maintain an accurate database of referral sources.
  • Assist with scheduling, event coordination, supply management, print orders, and other marketing and administrative duties that support the Director of Operations and General Manager.
  • Support digital marketing tasks across SEO, Google Ads, content, and web projects
  • Help track performance using Google Analytics, Semrush, and similar tools
  • Update websites and landing pages in WordPress
  • Bring new ideas to improve campaigns and workflows
  • Support events by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, assisting with setup and teardown, and helping with registration or hosting tasks.
  • Attend occasional evening and weekend events such as education sessions, conferences, community events, or partner functions as needed.
  • Ensure all outreach activities follow internal policies, professional standards, and relevant guidelines for clinic and physician relations.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience. We will also consider a contractor to be paid on an hourly basis, and/or other compensation models that work for both sides.

  • Regular business hours with some after-hours work when needed.
  • Travel within Calgary and nearby communities for clinic visits.

Primarily remote work
