Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, delivering tailored solutions that enhance their beauty and confidence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing top-notch service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring the highest quality standards.
  • Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend appropriate styles and products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Promote retail products related to eyelash care and beauty, effectively upselling to enhance client experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services to provide informed recommendations.

Skills

  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Proficiency in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Experience in retail sales, including upselling techniques to enhance product offerings.
  • Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • A passion for beauty and aesthetics, along with a commitment to continuous learning in the field.
