**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Eyelash Extensions Technician** to join our growing team at both of our locations. If you have at least one year of experience in both **classic** and **volume** lash extensions, including the ability to create **volume fans**, and are committed to delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you We are hiring for both **full-time** and **part-time** positions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create volume fans using the latest techniques and methods
- Customize lash extensions based on clients’ natural lashes and desired look
- Ensure a comfortable, professional, and welcoming experience for clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with safety and hygiene standards
- Provide aftercare advice and recommendations to clients
- Stay updated on lash extension trends and techniques to continually improve services
- Assist with promoting and maintaining the reputation of Moda Lash Boutique

**Required Qualifications**:

- At least one year of experience in classic and volume lash extensions
- Ability to create volume fans with precision
- Certified in Eyelash Extension Application (or willingness to undergo certification)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create customized looks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures related to lash extensions
- Positive attitude and team player

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with other advanced lash techniques
- Previous experience working in a beauty salon or similar environment
- Flexible availability to accommodate client scheduling needs
