is seeking an Optician for a
full-time, fixed-term role
. This team member will work a schedule
30-40 hours
per week,
Monday to Sunday. This is a term position through October 22, 2025 to January 22, 2027.
The Optician will be responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products as well as follow-up patient care and has at least one year of previous optical experience. Join us in advancing eye health and enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Educating clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle
- Assisting with selection of frames to suit patient's aesthetic and performance needs
- Performing eyewear repairs and adjustments
- Contributing to clinic retail sales goals
- Upholding excellent customer service standards
What Do You Bring?
- Minimum one year of experience in an optical environment
- Registered Optician in Ontario.
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care
- Commitment to excelling as a member of a high performing team
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
