Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
  • Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks.
  • Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as required.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project status and needs.

Skills

  • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors effectively.
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.70-$28.78 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
