Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. This role is essential in supporting various projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Laborers will work in a dynamic environment, performing a variety of physical tasks that contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Duties

  • Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment.
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision to assist with construction or maintenance projects.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals willing to learn.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
