Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Weigh Scale Operation including all sizes and capacity of Industrial/commercial scales. This role is for the installation, maintenance and calibration of all weigh scale equipment. Must have clean drivers abstract with class 3 being preferred. Applicant must be capable and willing to maintaining high standards along with ethics.

Responsibilities

  • Operate vehicles required for testing of client equipment.
  • Self govern and be able to work alone.
  • Installing, calibrating, testing and maintain weigh scales.
  • Inspect and verify the accuracy of tested equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical scales.
  • Perform prevenative maintenance and keep detailed records of test results.
  • Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations regarding scale approval.
  • Participate in a continuous effort to improvement while striving for safety.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

  • Previous Weigh Scale experience is preferred.
  • Drivers abstract must be clean and free of infractions.
  • Must be reliable, trustworthy and respectable.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent understanding and communication.
  • Basic math skills and problem solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to teamwork. Join us as a Service Technician where you can contribute to our operational success while developing your skills in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
