Location: East Gate Mall / Lime Ridge Mall
Hours: Evenings and Weekends
- Weekdays (Mon–Fri):
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM - Saturday:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Sunday:
11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Note: Schedule is variable and may change week to week based on clinic needs.
At Hearing Solutions, we connect people to the world of sound so they can hear what matters most. As a Clinic Services Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in their hearing healthcare journey. You'll support clinic operations and help create a welcoming, positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. What You'll Do:
- Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective patients to schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
- Assist patients with third-party funding and insurance claims
- Keep client records organized and assist with general office tasks
- Ensure the clinic is clean, organized and welcoming for all patients

What you bring:
- A positive energy and can-do mindset
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 1+ year in a customer-facing role (healthcare or retail preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in other languages is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn various systems and applications
