Role: Clinic Services Associate

Location: East Gate Mall / Lime Ridge Mall

Hours: Evenings and Weekends

  • Weekdays (Mon–Fri):
    4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday:
    10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday:
    11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Note: Schedule is variable and may change week to week based on clinic needs.

As a Clinic Services Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in their hearing healthcare journey. You'll support clinic operations and help create a welcoming, positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. What You'll Do:

  • Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective patients to schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
  • Assist patients with third-party funding and insurance claims
  • Keep client records organized and assist with general office tasks
  • Ensure the clinic is clean, organized and welcoming for all patients

What you bring:

  • A positive energy and can-do mindset
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year in a customer-facing role (healthcare or retail preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in other languages is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn various systems and applications
