Onsite Technical Support Specialist
to join their team in Vaughan.

This role is fully onsite and requires occasional travel to the Mississauga office (1–2 times per month as needed). If you're passionate about technology and providing top-tier support, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support issues at the site.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, VOIP phones, network equipment, and more.
  • Support wireless access points, VPN connectivity, and company-issued mobile devices.
  • Manage support tickets using an enterprise ticketing system (ServiceNow).
  • Communicate high-impact issues and resolution timelines to management.
  • Assist with hardware relocations and office technology setups.
  • Procure and manage IT supplies and peripherals.
  • Ensure compliance with software and hardware standards.
  • Coordinate recycling of outdated equipment.
  • Maintain antivirus and patch compliance.
  • Participate in special projects, product evaluations, and roadmap planning.
  • Contribute to policy development and service improvement initiatives.
  • Train users on ticketing systems and provide after-hours support when needed.
  • Occasionally dispatch to other locations for proactive checks or incident support.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on, onsite IT support experience.
  • CIS diploma (preferred).
  • Broad knowledge of enterprise IT systems: network, VOIP, servers, storage, mobile, Windows & MacOS.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Office 365, and desktop software.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility for after-hours or weekend on-call support when required.
