Are you energized by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where excellence is the standard and impact is immediate? Do you thrive as a strategic business partner, collaborating closely with a CFO and operational leaders to drive financial clarity, performance, and transformation across a global platform?
This is a unique opportunity to join a small, elite team operating at the helm of a high-growth global professional services firm. Our client is looking for a Director/Vice President, Finance who will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial backbone of the organization—leading consolidation, reporting and treasury, while supporting M&A integration and strategic decision-making at the highest levels.
This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and is passionate about driving excellence in financial reporting, treasury, and M&A transactions.
- Ask yourself:
Do you enjoy building and optimizing finance processes that deliver speed, accuracy, and insight? - Are you excited by the challenge of multi-currency consolidations, complex M&A accounting, and treasury strategy across international markets?
- Can you confidently lead audits, oversee third-party professional service providers, lender negotiations, and board-level reporting with precision and professionalism?
- Do you bring a bias for action, a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement?
- Are you ready to join an entrepreneurial team where your impact is immediate, your contributions are recognized, and your success is rewarded through long-term value creation?
If these questions resonate with you, and you're ready to take on a role that blends technical depth with strategic influence, this may be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Lead accounting, consolidation, financial statement preparation, and investor reporting.
- Standardize and simplify finance processes across the platform.
- Prepare board-level reporting packages (EBITDA, future financial measures, liquidity, outlook).
- Manage audits and tax coordination with external advisors.
- Oversee treasury operations including cash, debt, and FX management.
- Support tuck-in M&A transactions (PPA, disclosures, financing).
- Liaise with lenders on compliance, covenant models, and reporting.
- Partner with operating companies on integration planning and execution.
- Collaborate with the corporate development team on corporate, liquidity, and treasury forecasting.
What Does Success Look Like
- Build trust and rhythm with internal and external business partners teams.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and simplified consolidated financials with MD&A-style analysis.
- Enhance accounting processes for speed, accuracy, and relevance.
- Develop deep understanding of platform balance sheet and liquidity needs.
What Sets You Apart – And Why You Belong Here
- You're a data-driven leader who thrives on turning quality metrics into meaningful action.
- You're a strategic finance partner who thrives in close collaboration with the CFO and operations teams, driving clarity, performance, and transformation across a global platform.
- You've led complex consolidations and integrations and know how to simplify and streamline processes for speed, accuracy, and insight.
- You bring technical depth in IFRS, PPA, treasury, and M&A accounting, and can translate financial data into commercial storytelling that informs decision-making.
- You're energized by pace and accountability and can deliver high-quality board-level reporting under tight timelines.
- You're a self-starter with a bias for action and have demonstrated ownership through initiatives like automating reporting packs or rebuilding close processes.
- You thrive in lean, high-performing environments, and don't rely on large teams or layers of process to get things done.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a high-performing finance leader who thrives in a strategic, hands-on role with broad scope and real impact. The role offers a unique chance to step into the financial engine room of a dynamic, globally scaled organization. This an ideal platform for a finance leader who wants to be at the center of decision-making.
