As the Retail Store Manager, you'll take the lead across all aspects of our retail and spa operations—from driving sales to building a high-performing team and creating unforgettable customer experiences. You'll bring a hands-on leadership style, a passion for premium skincare, and a focus on empowering your team to achieve results aligned with Jurlique's values and vision.



Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

Deliver the signature Jurlique experience with warmth, expertise, and authenticity.Inspire and coach your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Educate customers about our heritage, product benefits, and spa rituals.Promote the Jurlique Insiders Program to build customer loyalty.Maintain high service standards and a welcoming, solution-focused environment.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, develop, and mentor your team to foster a culture of performance and respect.Drive team engagement through coaching, regular 1:1s, and clear communication.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and succession planning.Champion Jurlique Mindsets & Behaviours through everyday leadership.

Operations & Administration

Manage daily operations, spa bookings (via Timely), and visual merchandising.Ensure compliance with WHS, stock management, and store policy standards.Prepare accurate sales reports, manage payroll and rosters effectively.Uphold a clean, organised, and inspiring store environment.  

Skills And Experiences

About You

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in retail store management, ideally within a luxury or wellness environment.Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.Experience with team coaching, performance management, and operational excellence.Knowledge of the General Retail or Hair & Beauty Award and WHS compliance.Certificate IV in Retail Management (preferred).Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (advantageous).

Skills & Competencies

Results-driven and highly organised with a strong business mindset.Passion for holistic wellness and natural skincare.Inspiring and supportive leadership style with excellent communication skills.Strategic roster and workforce planner.High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
