About the Centre:

Welcome to Affinity Edycation. We cater for children from 6 weeks old to 5 years old across 5 rooms. We pride ourselves on our strong team of passionate educators that are constantly working towards improving our practices to create the best and safest environment for all children. About the Role

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
  • Fixed term 8 month contract with the option to further employment

About you

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
  • A current Working with Children's Check
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
