About the Centre:

Welcome to Affinity Edycation. We cater for children from 6 weeks old to 5 years old across 5 rooms. We pride ourselves on our strong team of passionate educators that are constantly working towards improving our practices to create the best and safest environment for all children. Our team are constantly lifting each other up and helping each other build their skills. If you are looking for a team that can become like a family then this is the place for you.

About the Role

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
  • Fixed term 8 month contract with the option to further employment

About you

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
  • A current Working with Children's Check
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
