What you'll do:

• Next Level Performance: Successfully complete an exceptional training program designed for top notch room attendants
• Deliver 7 Star Cleanliness by keeping our guest rooms and common areas sparkling clean
• Be a Brand Ambassador by representing our values and culture in person and online. Share your passion for Canalta hotels
• Assist room attendants in cleaning guest rooms with tasks such as removing and replacing guest room linens, dusting, vacuuming, folding terry and linen, organizing storage rooms, and additional tasks as needed from room attendants and manager on duty
• Setting the stage for the perfect guest arrival by anticipating the guests needs
• Bring your A-game to maintain a clean and organized workspace to create a welcoming environment for our guests
• Collaborate with our amazing team to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience
• Be a Problem Solver by taking on challenges and be empowered to resolve guest issues. Turn obstacles into opportunities for unforgettable guest experiences

What we're looking for:

• High Quality Commitment: Prior experience in housekeeping is a plus but not required, we are happy to provide training. Your passion for hospitality is what matters most
• Engaging Personality: A friendly, upbeat demeanor that can put guests at ease and make their stay unforgettable
• Eager, WillingAble: A strong commitment to being reliable for our guests and for our team is expected
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and support your teammates
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekendsholidays from - 9:00AM-5:00PM (with some overtime as needed)- a little extra is never a bad thing
