Captive is look for game facilitators to lock up our prisoners into our amazing themed rooms and create unforgettable experiences for them

We are ONLY entertaining DROP-IN INTERVIEWS every TUESDAY 4 - 7 PM. We are located at 43 Elm St #200, Toronto. Please bring your printed resume when you come in.

Work hours will be bases on business needs but availability 3 to 5 days a week will be required.

***Weekends are a MUST.

Job Description:

  • You are to be a game overseer, storyteller, adviser, puzzle lord, actor and problem solver.
  • You will work in our game rooms and interact directly with the players to deliver entertaining and memorable experiences.
  • We are looking for quick learners with strong attention to detail, but most of all, applicants should have a knack for hospitality and costumer service.

Requirements:

Positive attitude and amazing customer serviced skills, love working with the public and meeting new people. Great communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet our prisoners, go over basic rules and lead them into our rooms.
  • Take reservations, process payments, and take prisoners photos.
  • Tidying and cleaning the escape room and the lobby / office areas.
  • Creating fun and engaging TikTok videos and Instagram reels.
