Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien.Reporting to the Mill Operations General Foreman, this position will be part of the team responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of the Operations crew.What You'll Do:Plan, organize and direct the work of the operations crew.Provide effective supervision to ensure assignments are completed in a safe and efficient manner.What You'll Bring:Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.5+ years of mill operation experience or experience in a similar operation with demonstrated strengths in ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment.Demonstrated leadership skills including strong team building and communication skill.Preference will be given to candidates with previous supervisory experience.A strong commitment to safety with working knowledge of OH&S, Mine and Environmental regulations.Ability to handle a large and varied workload.Ready to make an impact with us?
