What are your contributions to the team?
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs;
  • Identify problems, analyze, synthesize, design and make recommendations;
  • Guiding and supporting employees in understanding and solving technical problems related to machines;
  • Implement the solutions chosen following the analyzes;
  • Solve problems related to the supply of parts;
  • Support operations during plant shutdown;
  • Take charge of various maintenance-related issues;
  • Project management;
How to thrive in this role?
  • You are familiar with the industrial maintenance field;
  • You are enrolled in a mechanical or automated manufacturing engineering program;
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and general fluency with computer systems;
  • You have a good knowledge of written and spoken French and English;
  • The candidate will demonstrate very good communication skills, be organized in his / her work to meet multiple daily deliverables and take initiatives to improve the way things are done.
