Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Schedule appointments, open Repair Orders, prepare estimates and invoices.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
  • Provide technicians with accurate and detailed information for diagnosis.
  • Present repair estimates and inform customers of necessary maintenance services.
  • Ensure all customers receive excellent service and value.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).
  • Active listening abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of Service Advisor experience preferred.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean record.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and internet navigation.
