Leavens Mazda

Leavens Mazda is currently seeking a Lot Attendant to join our growing team. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working outdoors with vehicles, this is your opportunity to become part of a dynamic and customer-first dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming new vehicle shipments from transport carriers
  • Organize and arrange vehicle inventory on the lot in an appealing and accessible manner
  • Ensure all vehicles are locked and keys are stored securely
  • Coordinate with Sales and Service departments to have vehicles ready for test drives or appointments
  • Maintain a clean and safe lot by performing tasks such as lawn cutting, snow removal (tractor/shoveling), sweeping, and emptying garbage bins
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., fueling, checking tire pressure)
  • Assist with parts pick-ups, licensing, vehicle fueling, and occasional deliveries
  • Provide shuttle or valet service for customers as needed
  • Support additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Able to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and dependable with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
