About Us

We are a long-established importer and distributor supplying commercial and industrial lighting and electrical products across Canada and North America. We work directly with overseas manufacturers and provide dependable products, competitive pricing, and strong service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day purchasing of lighting and electrical products
  • Communicate daily with overseas suppliers, primarily in China (Mandarin)
  • Identify and evaluate new suppliers and product opportunities
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and packaging specifications
  • Maintain strong long-term supplier relationships
  • Ensure accurate purchase orders, confirmations, shipping details, and timelines
  • Coordinate closely with customer service and operations to support customer orders
  • Provide pricing, availability, and lead time information internally
  • Monitor quality, delivery performance, and resolve supplier issues as required

Qualifications

  • Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) is required; English fluency required
  • Purchasing / sourcing / supply chain experience preferred
  • Lighting or electrical product experience is a strong asset
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working with overseas time zones and international logistics
  • Proficiency with Excel and ERP/purchasing systems preferred

主要工作职责

  • 负责照明及电气产品的日常采购工作
  • 与海外供应商(主要在中国)进行日常沟通(普通话)
  • 开发、评估并筛选新的供应商及产品机会
  • 协商采购价格、付款条款、交期、以及包装等要求
  • 维护长期稳定的供应商关系,保持良好合作
  • 确保采购订单、订单确认、出货信息及交期准确无误
  • 与公司内部客服及运营团队紧密配合,支持客户订单交付
  • 向内部提供准确的价格、库存、交期等信息
  • 跟进质量与交货表现,及时处理供应商相关问题

任职资格

  • 必须精通普通话(口语及书写),同时具备良好的英语沟通能力
  • 具有采购、供应链或产品
    资源开发
    相关经验者优先
  • 有照明或电气产品经验者为加分项
  • 工作细致认真,组织能力强,善于跟进
  • 能适应与海外供应商跨时区沟通及国际物流流程
  • 熟练使用 Excel;有ERP系统或采购系统经验者优先
