Our partner, Consultants DND, is an engineering consulting firm recognized for its expertise in the design of complex electrical systems. With offices in Laval, Brossard, and Toronto, the company supports major clients in the data center, telecommunications, and critical building sectors. It stands out for the quality of its technical approach, its rigor, and its ability to deliver high value-added projects.
In a context of sustained growth, Consultants DND is creating a new Electrical BIM Modeler position to strengthen its Toronto-based team.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed electrical BIM models using Revit, based on engineers plans and specifications
- Collaborate with electrical engineers and other disciplines to ensure model accuracy and consistency
- Participate in technical and BIM coordination meetings
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and proper file management
- Identify inconsistencies in drawings and propose technical solutions
- Update models according to project changes
Profile Sought
- Technical training in building drafting, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical BIM modeling
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or complementary BIM tools is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and good priority management
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility
