The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in architecture or engineering, as well as several years of professional experience in a related field.Key Responsibilities:Lead the creation and management of BIM models and related dataCoordinate with project team members to ensure BIM models are up to date and accurateConduct clash detection and resolutionConduct quality control checks on BIM models and related dataCollaborate with project team members, including engineers and contractors, to ensure project successAttend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholdersParticipate in site visits and inspectionsDevelop and maintain BIM standards and protocolsManage project documentation and schedulesMentor junior team members and oversee their workQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred3-5 years of relevant work experienceProficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCADStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead othersIn-depth knowledge of BIM standards and protocolsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership and mentoring skills Internal Job Code: BM-CO-03
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 / Annually
