Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining processing transactions, and supporting the overall accounting function. Quick Books an asset. We are a small company with a great work atmosphere. Looking for a junior 5 days a week or senior book keeper 1 to 2 days per week based on knowledge and experience.

Duties

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Utilize accounting software including QuickBooks for various bookkeeping tasks.
  • Answering phones
  • Some customer service

Experience

  • Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks,
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate account

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,468.39-$45,000.00 per year
