Position: Sales Executive (Full-Time)

About Us

Rockcliff Auto is a growing automotive dealership committed to providing quality vehicles and transparent customer service. We are looking for a driven and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help deliver an exceptional car-buying experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service

  • Greet and assist walk-in and online customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Conduct test drives and guide customers through the buying process
  • Negotiate pricing and terms confidently and professionally
  • Close deals and support customers through delivery

Lead Management & Follow-Up

  • Respond to online leads across multiple platforms (website, AutoTrader, Facebook, Marketplace, CarGurus, Kijiji, etc.)
  • Follow up with potential buyers to convert leads to sales
  • Maintain CRM or lead logs and track communication

Marketing & Promotion

  • Assist with online vehicle listings and social media promotion
  • Take photos/videos of inventory and create simple marketing content
  • Promote dealership offers and inventory through digital channels

Administrative & Vehicle Management

  • Prepare paperwork necessary for financing and sales
  • Coordinate vehicle registration and delivery
  • Assist with vehicle movements (pick-ups, drop-offs, test drives, detail bay, service appointments)

Qualifications

  • OMVIC Certified or willing to obtain OMVIC license
  • Valid Ontario driver's license
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused, confident, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in sales or automotive industry is an asset (not required)
