Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Calgary, AB. The CTO will spearhead the technological vision of Sika, taking ownership of the company's tech roadmap, software architecture, and infrastructure. This role includes leading a team of developers, overseeing system scalability, ensuring security, and driving innovation in financial technology products. Collaboration with co-founders on strategy, product development, and market expansion will also be a key part of the role.
