Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a solid understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will be essential in maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
  • Manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining quality service.

Skills

  • Strong cash handling skills with experience in cashiering preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety and food handling practices within the restaurant environment.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash management and drink preparation.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
  • Proven customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests.
  • Previous experience in the food service industry is highly desirable, particularly in a bartending role.
