Sever/bartender

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining quality service.

**Skills**
- Strong cash handling skills with experience in cashiering preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and food handling practices within the restaurant environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash management and drink preparation.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests.
- Previous experience in the food service industry is highly desirable, particularly in a bartending role.
